Each site is checked against the program average. Flags point to a staffing, wait-time or experience problem worth a conversation with the site's provider lead.
Select a row to filter the whole page to that site. Load is visits per clinic FTE per clinic day (about 250 clinic days a year).
Days are ranked by provider-suited visits: vaccinations, lab draws and screenings, plus anything a registered provider already handled. Use the top days for the once- or twice-a-week onsite schedule.
Days needed = provider-suited visits per week ÷ that capacity, rounded up. Oct–Nov (flu season) runs about twice the usual volume.
The dataset has no inventory records, so supply demand is estimated from visits using the per-visit rates below. Adjust the rates to match what your providers actually use. The 90-day outlook repeats the same period last year (24 Sep – 22 Dec).
Routine, high-volume visit types are the best candidates for written protocols, standing orders and checklists. Wide swings in visit length point to steps that aren't standardized yet. Types with high follow-up or referral rates need a tracking process more than a protocol.
The first table shows clinical work done by a higher-licensed clinician than the task needs. The second turns recurring management work into standing assignments, sized with this site's numbers.
Benchmarks come from all 10 sites at current usage. The data doesn't show a first-year ramp, so treat these as steady-state targets and expect lower volume in the first few months.
